平素は弊社をご愛顧賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。このたび、弊社が直輸入した「ＣｌｏｖｉＳ（クロビス）／粒マスタード」をお買い上げいただきましたお客さまより、商品の瓶の中にガラス片が入っていたとのお申し出を１件いただき、当該商品の検査をした結果、粒マスタードの瓶に由来したガラス片が混入していることが判明いたしました。
